旭市の飯岡地区で床屋さんをしております。１８歳から東京で８年間を過ごし２６歳の時に故郷の旭市に帰って来ました。東京にいる時は自分の事で精一杯でしたが旭市は時間がゆっくり流れているというか、ゆとりがあるというか、とにかく良い街です。様々な事に関わることが出来ました。
ミスあさひコンテスト、ビーチバレー大会、イルミネーションイベント、花火大会、婚活事業、防犯委員会、産業まつり、さくらまつり、しおさいマラソン、郷土芸能、柔道協会、理容組合、消防団、さまざまな形で行政と関わって来ました。
その中で感じたのが末端の組織にいたのでは変化は起こせないという事です。
行政は予算に計上していない事はできません。その予算は市長が提案をして細かい作業は市の職員が行い最終的には議会で承認されて決定されます。
つまり旭市の未来を決めているのは議会なのです。
その議会を見てみるとほとんどが６０代、７０代でした。積み上げた経験や人脈や能力が必要なのは理解しています。しかし、未来を語るのに当事者世代がいないのは寂しいと思ったのです。
自分が議員にふさわしいとは思いません。学歴も知能も経験も人脈も人柄も適正も資金も全てが欠けています。しかし、そんな自分が出ることによって若い人が出やすくなると考えました。
選挙にはどのくらいお金がかかるのか？
どういう手続きが必要なのか？
どんな準備をした方が良いのか？
やってはいけない事はなにか？
そして何より自分程度の人間だとどのくらいの支持が得られるのか？
身をもって体験してきます。
組織や後ろ盾が無くても志があれば立候補しても問題ないという事を示したいと思います。そのためにお金を使わない選挙を心がけたいと思います。具体的には供託金30万の他には15万円程度で済むようにしたいです。選挙ポスター3万円、ポスター貼り人件費5万円、選挙ビラ2万円、新聞折り込み代1万円、予備費4万円。頭と足と耳を使ってカバーしたいと思います。
